My daughter LOVES the color purple, but I of course don’t want to see it anywhere on my lawn. While it can be a sign of disease, I think the more reasonable explaination is the lack of phosphorus in that area. I may have missed that spot with the starter fertilizer.
It could also be due to the shade in that area, and the chlorophyll process is struggling. But either way I’m sure it will be greening up in no time!
